Iceaddis is a co-creation space that accelerates high-potential startups, facilitates technological innovations, and works with a multi-partnership approach to activate youth to gain economic empowerment

Iceaddis amplifies startup founders and organizations to realize the potential of its young technology community and enable active participation in driving innovation and entrepreneurship. iceaddis encourages a collaborative mindset. All activities of iceaddis are aimed at facilitating creative potential, testing uncommon ideas, and experimenting with prototypes to find the product-market fit, as well as complex problem-solving through a co-simplicity model.

iceaddis is offering a place for exchange, work and support to innovative projects that are related to local demands and development. Mainly young startup founders are using the iceaddis facilities, enabling them to connect to talent, skills and capital to kick off their venture. As well as connecting with the wider iceaddis’ community. Corporates, educational institutes, government organizations, NGOs and local companies are getting involved in iceaddis’ creative community to generate and execute new ideas for their service or develop and test projects.

The activities of iceaddis are aimed at facilitating creative potential, testing uncommon ideas and experimenting with prototypes to find market-product fit, as well as complex problem solving through a co-simplicity model. We support high-potential startups through mentor-ship, training, providing co-creation space, networking, and matchmaking and investment support.

Growing the Ethiopian tech ecosystem

Supporting the growth of Ethiopian technological based entrepreneurship ecosystem through technology community development, co-creation and public engagement.

Promoting Ethiopian innovation

Promoting African innovation globally, by working closely with regional networks (e.g Afrilabs) and international networks (e.g Global Innovation Gathering) to promote the work of innovative startups, as well as establishing partnerships with international business competitions and networking activities.

Co-Working Space

The shared office space used on daily, weekly or monthly subscription. It offers a co-working place for up to 25 persons, meeting rooms, Internet connection and can be used for events. We consult individuals with creative products and provide them with open space to realize their idea. See our subscription plan here.

ice180 - Startup incubation

Iceaddis flagship startup program. Every startup in ice180 receives a support programme for 180 days (6 months). The programme is designed to enable high potential individuals to start their own ventures in the quickest time possible with the highest professionalism. The goal is to achieve investment readiness with entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and strong networking.

Networking & Partnerships

Iceaddis has a multi-partnership model to work with corporates, government organizations; NGOs, companies and individual to unlock effective partnerships and networking that enables startups and tech community to collaborate in projects and problem solving activities.

Consultancy

The consultancy services are provided through a talent pool management system. Our experts engage in ways of complex problem solving as well as training facilitation and capacity building. We design programs and competitions. We strategize and implement tech communities management and startup support programs. We are technical implementers of innovative projects. The service focuses on the establishment and promotion of innovative startups ideas and supports.
